- Damaged Items
1.1 Reporting Damaged Items If you receive a damaged item(s) as a result of shipping, please notify us within three (3) days of receiving your order. To report a damaged item, please contact our customer support team at info@giftboxwithlovesa.co.za and provide detailed information about the damage, along with supporting photographs if possible.
1.2 Replacement or Store Credit Upon verification of the reported damage, we will gladly replace the damaged item(s) with the same product, subject to availability. If the same product is not available, we will offer you a store credit of equal value to be used on our Website.
- Non-Damaged Items
2.1 Return Eligibility For non-damaged items, we do not offer refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a store credit or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- You must contact us within three (3) days of receiving your order to request a return.
- The item(s) must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Any customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
2.2 Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@giftboxwithlovesa.co.za within the specified timeframe. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
2.3 Store Credit or Exchange Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will issue a store credit for the purchase price of the item(s) (excluding shipping costs) to be used on our Website. Alternatively, if you prefer an exchange for another item(s) of equal value, we will arrange for the exchange, subject to availability.
- Exceptions
Please note the following exceptions to our Refund and Returns Policy:
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except in the case of damage as outlined in Section 1.
- Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
